Joe is the heart of Milton Hardwood Floors. With over 30 years of experience in the hardwood flooring industry, he has built the company on a foundation of quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Known for his genuine personality and kind-hearted nature, Joe is always willing to go above and beyond for customers, employees, and anyone who needs a helping hand.
Joe lives and breathes hardwood flooring. An expert craftsman with extensive knowledge of installation, refinishing, and carpentry, he is passionate about sharing his expertise with both customers and fellow professionals. Customers appreciate his authentic approach, attention to quality, and commitment to ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard. Outside of work, Joe enjoys tending to his garden, where he grows fresh herbs and vegetables inspired by his Italian roots. Most of all, he values spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and his beloved dogs, including Lowkey.
Jesse James Carriera
Chief Of Operations (COO)
Jesse grew up in the hardwood flooring industry, learning the craft side-by-side with his father from a very young age. What started as helping his father on job sites quickly turned into a true passion and a lifelong career. He has been his father’s right hand since childhood, developing strong skills in installation and refinishing, along with a deep respect for quality workmanship and doing things the right way. Jesse lives by honesty, precision, and accountability. He is known for listening carefully to customers, understanding their vision, and making sure every detail is executed properly. A genuinely caring person by nature, Jesse believes in treating every home with respect and every client with transparency and trust. He is a man who follows every rule and takes pride in delivering work done correctly....never rushed, never compromised.
The flooring industry has also shaped Jesse’s personal life, where he found the love of his life within the same trade that raised him. For Jesse, this company is more than a hardwood showroom it is his family, purpose, and a future he is proud to help build every day. Outside of work, Jesse has a true passion for cars and enjoys spending his free time around anything automotive, always appreciating craftsmanship, whether it’s on the road or underfoot.

Known for her welcoming personality, product knowledge, and genuine desire to help, She takes the time to understand each customer's needs and vision. Service Coordinator
Tabs is an essential part of the Milton Hardwood Floors team, helping keep our Service Department organized and running efficiently. She works closely with both our service and front office teams, coordinating requests, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers receive the assistance they need. Known for her positive attitude and great sense of humor. Tabs is always willing to help wherever needed. Eddy is one of the longest-standing members of the Milton Hardwood Floors team and someone customers genuinely enjoy being around. Known for his positive attitude, reliability, and strong workmanship, he brings both experience and personality to every project. From installations to service calls and repairs, Eddy takes pride in making sure every job is completed properly while creating a comfortable and friendly experience for customers along the way.
